Exchange Process:
Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product at no additional shipping cost.
Return Conditions:
- Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- The first return or exchange is completely free.
Return Process:
For your first return request, a full refund will be processed with no reverse shipping charges deducted. The refund amount will be transferred to your account after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.
Please Note:
A reverse shipping charge of ₹199 will be applicable for any return or exchange request made after the first free return/exchange.
If you receive a product that is defective, please follow these steps:
- Parcel Opening Video: Make a video while opening the parcel to document any defects. This video is essential for processing your return.
- Report the Defect: Contact our customer service team with the parcel opening video and details of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Return Processing: Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for a full refund in 7 working days to your account after receiving the returned product. No reverse shipping fee will be charged for defective products.
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, there may be occasional delays beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view order status in your account.
